Want to loose weight
I am 24 yrs old and my weight is 88kg, I want to loose 20 kgs in 3 months. Is it possible? If yes then what should I do. I am not a gym person. I am okay with home workout.

Scientifically ideal weight to loose is 2 kgs per week. So yes definitely we can set up goal to loose 15 to 18 kgs in 3 months where if body metabolism, clinical conditions & other factors supports us during the journey. Also as mentioned about workouts, so 70% nutrition works in any conditions & rest physical activity. So basic activity like yoga or walk 45 mins 5 days a week will be very effective. Hi, it's generally advisable to not to lose weight more than 5 kgs in a month. but if it's there any urgent need than you can figure it out with extra consciousness and do under a expert so that it doesn't harm, because it needs all parameters in check as well.

Healthy morning, Yes it’s possible 1. Take a proper diet 2. Follow exercise routine at least 1 hour daily 3. Maintain you daily protein requirements 4. Take small meals 5. Drink at least 4-5 lit. Water / day 6. Avoide sugary, carbonated , refined flour and junk - fast foods 7. Add fiber rich foods in your diet Take anything properly to achieve your goal
