It will take time for your body to regain strength after an illness. Don't worry 1. Rest and relaxation: Prioritize sleep and avoid strenuous activities. 2. Nutrition: Eat nutrient-rich foods, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins. 3. Electrolytes: Consume electrolyte-rich foods or supplements (potassium, sodium, magnesium). 4. Hydration: Drink electrolyte-rich beverages, like coconut water or sports drinks. 5. Vitamins and minerals: Consider supplements (e.g., vitamin C, B12)

I understand your concern about the lingering weakness after your fever. It's common to feel fatigued following an illness, especially when it involves a fever. Based on your symptoms and blood test results, it seems you've had a viral infection. The weakness and leg pain you're experiencing are likely due to the body's response to the illness. Here are some general recommendations to help you recover: * Rest: Allow your body time to recover and replenish its energy. * Hydration: Drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated and support your body's healing process. * Nutrition: Eat a balanced diet to provide your body with essential nutrients. * Light Exercise: Once you feel stronger, gradually incorporate gentle exercises to improve your stamina. If your symptoms persist or worsen, it's advisable to consult a doctor for further evaluation. They may recommend additional tests or treatments if needed. You can reach out to me for a consultation or to discuss your concerns further.

Is fever still persistent. Shortness of breath is most likely due to anemia that is low hemoglobin in blood.
Next Steps
Provide more details of your symptoms. If fever is for 3 days widal i.e test for typhoid will come negative as it comes positive only after 7 days of fever.
Health Tips
1. Consult for further guidance. 2. Adequate hydration. 3. Plenty of iron rich foods such as jaggery and green leafy vegetables.
