But whatsoever, you can manage ,that means come down your weight at any circumstance just by proper low calorie low fat diet with certain level of exercises. Walking, jogging ,some fat burning poses daily practice may help you quickly & that you can notice gradually if practice timely.

Also get your thyroid profile done.
For that consult a gynaecologist or a endocrinologist in person for further evaluation and management.
Along with the treatment, strict diet and exercise daily.
