Intake good nutrient food,vegetables fruits in plenty. Exercise / yoga/ walk  for an hour to keep urself fit and healthy. Take aashvagandha rasayan two tsf/ twocap/ksheerabala 101 two cap a day, followed by a glass of milk. Intake ghee two tablespoon daily. Eat wheat products,sprouts,rice,everyday.

Hi, Weight is a sum total of Bone, Water, Muscle and fat. You need to gain muscle to get healthy .Have a well balanced diet. Eat 6-8 meals a day. Have carbohydrate and protein rich food combinations like Banana or Mango milkshake, Mix nuts and dryfruit chikkis, Soya or paneer veg rolls etc. Include high biological value proteins which are very well absorbed like- Milk, curd, Paneer, Meat, Fish, Eggs etc. Include essential fats like Almonds, walnuts ,flaxseeds etc. Eat on waking up and do have a bed time meal like milk and light snack. Do not fast or overeat as this will not help.

Hi! For good weight and muscle gain, you must include milk, milk products , dry fruits and healthy fats like ghee and cheese on a daily basis. Make sure you are drinking 3 litres of water and eat small meals every 2 hours. A detailed assessment is necessary to give you a suitable diet plan and health supplement which will work.
