Weight gain
Im 23 yrs . 73kgs 5.6 height. I want to reduce upto 58 kgs. Im working in MNC. Plz suggest me diet plan and workout plan. Will swimming reduce the weight faster? I dont want to try gyming bcoz it may increase my weight if i stop regularly.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
