First you need to follow balanced diet. Dullness of skin could be result of malnutrition and improper care of skin.
For vitamin D deficiency you need to have 1 whole egg preparation every day. Apart from it everyday you need to have one serving of nonveg food. You need to have high protein and high calorie diet for weight gain.
