- Take regular meals - Add  carbohydrates, fats, proteins,in each meal( like in breakfast, lunch, dinner) - Take in between snacks like  dry fruits, bananas, peanuts chikki. -  increased intake of chappti or rice in a day https://www.facebook.com/rfldcranjitfatlossdietclinic/

Need more detail about you like your height, weight and medical history. Take small and frequent meal. Drink 3-4 litres water in day . Include energy dense food in your diet like nuts , dry fruits, dairy products, (egg, fish and chicken if you non vegetarian). Do your body analysis and get better results.
