Weight gain
My concern is decrease in weight.I often feel less hungry and least confident because of my body shape.My upper body is too small as compared to my weight.I want to put on weight..in other words maintain a healthy look.I also tried looking for weight gainer protein shakes or capsules.I came across one known as healthvit which is well known for health products.I would be very thankful if you help me out with my problem.

Hello mam, Before describing any thing required more information about u like madical history, family history, diet history , veg or nonveg. For gaining weight follow healthy diet , exercise and walk early morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite.take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add  good fats and nuts in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Take 3 main meal and 2-3snacks per day. Don't take any supplements plz contact me for that.
