For gaining weight follow healthy diet exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food. U can take potato, rice, milk, homemade paneer, pulses, Chana, buttermilk, tofu  etc

Hi there If u cant afford high protein food then how can you afford protein powder and capsules?  Because these are way too expensive. Need to know your present status in detail... Like your food habit, any underlying medical condition, family history, your occupation... Then only your diet plan can be done.

You can include a following High protein diet which are really inexpensive in your diet like 1. Pulses 2. Eggs. 3. Almonds. 4. Chicken Breast. 5. Cottage Cheese. ... 6. Homemade Yogurt. ... 7. Milk. ... 8. Broccoli.

Hello, -Exercise daily for an hour (Can be at home or simple exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, on the spot marching, squats, etc) -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Take 5-6 meals a day. -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition
