Eat healthy food like whole egg, meat (red meat), almonds cashew, butter milk and drink tonned milk or buffalo's milk, can have white bread with butter/ jam/ jellies... Other than these can have roots and tubers like potatoes, sweet fruits, chocolates,cheese etc.
Just enjoy your food,there is no food restriction until you will gain weight.
If you work hard in your gym then try to reduce it...but dont stop as it is a good practice.
