I'm looking for a diet chart. I am a obese individual with the weight of 94 kgs and height of 166 cm. Moderately active lifestyle but have a desk job. Have breakfast in the morning at 9.30 AM after 20-25 mins of exercise at around 8.30AM. Have lunch at 1.30 PM and have a small bowl of puffed rice at around 6PM and then have dinner at 9.30PM. Prefer

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
Have a small meals in between with morning excrise have small amount of food with good amount of diet. Pls check ur sugar and thyroid levels and then tell me
