Hello DOCTOR'S
I have been doing Exercise for Past 2 months
And i have reduce some weight by 4 or 5 kg
And right now my weight is around 82-85
Me age is 26 running
And my height is 178 cm
And the weight hasnt been decreasing despite the exercise am doing everyday.
What am i missing here?
