Protruding stomach could be a symptom of protein deficiency. You have to take enough protein and fibre to reduce the excess belly fat and a good exercise regime. Consult me for a calculated protein and other nutrient intake and a good exercise plan

You can start exercising at least for 45 minutes a day, along with which simple tips to modify your diet would help you out. Increase the intake of 1st class protein coming from low fat milk and milk products and other animal sources. Include complex carbohydrates and fiber coming from whole grain cereals and pulses, bran of cereals, etc. Reduce the intake of processed foods, bakery items, sugars, etc. Also avoid the intake of oils, butter, ghee and other visible fat sources, rather intake the invisible sources coming from nuts and oil seeds.
