Intake abundant proteins,maximum of 75percent of ur diet.Include whole grains as rawsoaked greengram, cookedhorsegram in breakfast,lunch,,two or three vegetables Raw,cooked.Fruits ,dryfruits as almonds,anjur,akrot are advicable.Freshfruit as papaya daily about 200 gm ,include as breakfast along with wholegram. Cucumber,carrot,onion cabbage ,muli,as raw salads can be a portion of breakfast. Reduce carbohydrates ,take only 15 percet of ur intake as rice.Include millets in ur major diet,It fills ur stomach and gives satiety.. Abundant water intake. Include gingely,coconut in ur food. Oils as gingely,groundnut ,sunflower can be alternated. Avoid refined flour maida take wholegrain    wheat flour. Instead of only onion use mixed vegetables / cabbages in breakfast.
