Have plenty of water; especially before meals. Avoid outside food, oily food and sweets completely. Have dinner early and keep it light. Eat less rice, potatoes and other carbs. Have protein rich breakfast every morning. Exercise at least 5 times a week and 30 to 40 minutes each time I
