Hi, myself Nikhil Joshi, i recently joined gym for fat loss , but there they told me u must have to follow a strict diet along with gym...I am very fed up of my belly fat..so can you please suggest me with a good diet plan that I can follow for my fat as well as weight loss..

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you
