I'm trying to minimize the carb intake in my diet. Indian Roti/Rice contain High carb. What is the possible replacement of them in daily diet? In addition to this please kindly suggest that out of brown bread/multi grain bread/100% whole wheat bread which is good for weight loss or should I avoid bread completely.

Hello Please tell your age ht and wt Besides rice /roti you can have dalia cornflakes quinoa and oats And breads best suited one s whole wheat bread
