I want to lose my weight so changed my lifestyle lit bit starting jogging in morning empty stomach and some walk in evening i Did little changes in my diet not a lot little changes which yet has calories more than daily requirement but this little changes make loss my weight pretty fast like I lose 4 kg in month is it okay specialy I decreased my milk intake is it fine
