Hello, I understand your concerns and you can lose weight with right guidance as weight loss is a process and it has to be done the "right" way to ensure it is long-lasting & sustainable. We can guide you with exercises at home to lose weight as diet and exercise go hand in hand for weight loss. A personalized diet session is highly recommended for you as it takes into account your routine, lifestyle, eating habits, medical conditions if any, medications, height, weight, etc. This helps in analyzing the gap areas & guiding you accordingly. As a start you can follow the guidelines below - 1. Eat balanced meals & never skip meals as skipping meals leads to unhealthy snacking 2. Incorporate protein rich foods in every meal such as dals, pulses, sprouts, milk & milk products, lean chicken, etc. 3. Drink 2-3 liters of water to stay hydrated 4. Avoid sugar, sweets, fried foods, refined flour & its products, processed & packaged foods 5. Include 2 fruits throughout the day preferably mid-meals Diet plays an important part in weight loss but as said exercise is also important. Exercise for 30 minutes atleast 5 days a week is important. Connect with us to understand the same.

Hi, Weight reduction is a gradual process, you can definitely lose your weight but it will take time. You should follow a well balanced weight reduction diet. Include fresh fruits, leafy vegetables, other vegetables, complex carbohydrates in your diet.  Drink atleast 3 litre water per day, but to burn fat mass you need to do exercise. I understand in this situation doing exercises outside is not possible but whatever space you have you try to do it, like yoga, free hand etc. Without exercise it will difficult to reduce weight. If not possible for regular basis atleast you can do it 5 days in week.
Next Steps
To get personalized diet chart you can consult with me through this practo app.
