Your daughter’s health can improve significantly with some targeted changes. Focus on providing her with a balanced diet that includes whole grains, lean proteins, fresh fruits, vegetables, and healthy snacks like nuts, seeds, and yogurt while limiting processed and sugary foods. To boost her immunity, incorporate vitamin C-rich foods like citrus fruits, guava, and bell peppers, along with zinc sources like nuts and seeds, and probiotics like yogurt. Encourage her to stay active through fun activities like dancing, cycling, or swimming, while also ensuring she gets 9-11 hours of quality sleep each night. Limiting screen time and keeping her well-hydrated with water is equally. Consulting us can help tailor a plan to her specific needs.

She is too young. This weight is significantly high. You can get hwr constitution (vata/pit/kapha) done and go accordingly.  Sometimes due to  less physical activity and high kcal intake leads to excess heat generation in the body. Working on the constitution will help her out more. Likewise you might have seen people who eats a lot but still tends to be slim and fit. This is all because of the constitution change in the body.

Please make sure she exercises for at least 2-3 hrs , this could be any outdoor sport or swimming or badminton /tennis etc . She must consume a balanced diet and include all food groups . This much should be enough to keep her healthy , incase there is any specific issue then you could book a consult
