Weight loss/PCOD
I have reduced my weight from 72.2 to 64.7 in 5 months time. But the weight became stagnant after that. I am not taking any medications for my delayed periods. But the cycle changed from 60 days to 45 days once after reducing my weight. What are all the steps should I take to attain my BMI. I am 156 cm and 64.75 kg now. What should I add to my diet and avoid from my diet? Can you plz help me?
