Loosing weight is a very gradual and slow process. You must be very patient before starting. It is not ideal and good to have sudden weight loss. It can lead to certain complications. If you were not regularly exercising before then start slow, like brisk walking for 30 mins per day and then slowly increase to one hour. And change over to jogging gradually. Know your body well. Do not over exert. Also well balanced meals Rich in proteins and fibres should be consumed. Like egg white boiled chicken vegetables fruits pulses. Avoid carbohydrate rich foods like rice curds oily foods sweets ghee and other junk food
