At your age a little exercise and healthy eating should help you loose and maintain weight . If you are not getting time to workout during weekdays then do it on weekends . You can play a sport for an hour at a time or go for a walk but exercise is must . As for diet you can make your every 6th meal(alternate day dinner) lighter by including only a portion of protein and 1.5 portion of vegetables . There could be many reasons for weight changes , incase you have undergone any blood tests you could share , please do. You can book a consult for a more specific resolution.
