Weight of 2month baby
My baby weight at the time new born is 2.3kg now he is 2month old but still her weight is only 3kg what I can do

Don't worry. Immediately after birth baby lose some weight. As she has gained 700gm of weight gain in 2 month, it does not look like she has any problems in gaining wight. Give more of Breastfeed and discuss with her doctor too, as information provided by you is incomplete I'm unable to say anything more.
