Weight problem
I am overweight and want advice on how to lose weight and have a healthy diet. Due to work hours and busy schedule I'm unable to have an exercise routine. My diet is also not proper, although I mostly avoid junk food. I leave home very early in the morning and come back very late, at least 4 days a week. The remaining days I wake up late in order to compensate for the missed sleep, and end up skipping breakfast, which sometimes triggers the migraine headache. Due to the increased weight, I sometimes feel breathless while walking. Please advise. Thank you.
