My weight is 65 kg.ny height is 5'4". I want to reduce weight to 50 to 55kg.what will be my bmi then?would be healthy? 54kg use to be normal weight.

Hello Good evening Yes you can reduce weight.You have to just modify your diet.Include more fibres in your diet.Your current BMI is 24.8 kg/m.Its normal BMI.After 25 its called overweight.Exercise also should be there with your diet plan.
