I tried almost everything but my weight is stuck i have pcod not taking any medicine plz help.me i dont know what to do because of my sitting job its getting very difficult day by day i m tense now

First of all, avoid outside food, processed food and refined sugar as much as you can.
Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat less rice, potatoes.
Have plenty of fibre rich foods.
Increase your water consumption. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Exercise at least 5 times a week and 30 to 40 minutes each time. You can also try yoga.
Stay stress free and be consistent to see results.

Exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week.
Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours
Eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism.
