Hey doc, I have irregular periods and want to lose weight, but unfortunately craving for food..not so interested while exercising and want to escape from it. I am having anxiety and short temper. I doubt that I too have pcos and my thyroid pride is normal since 1.5 yrs. Suggest me what to do.

Possibly this could be reason for pcos may be beggining too which can controlled with balanced lifestyle modifications. To lose weight you have to eat starving will not help but just worse problems.
