In between lunch & dinner, u should be having atleast 2-3 meals ,with low Carbohydrate, high protein, Vitamin & minerals,  whom you can name as snacks, which may includes many things according to the province of choice & wheather it's office, collage or business time. Yes, definitely u should take snacks bcoz for healthy diet small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Roasted Chana /sprout chaat /bhel /dhokla +green tea U can take in snacks time.

Hi The snack meal depends on what type of food are you taking rest of the day. But few examples i am listing down but the options may vary according to your diet, weight and schedule  Snacks option 1. Handful Nuts 2. 3-4 piece dokla 3. Egg whites or Raw paneer 4. A Bhelpuri (Adding Onion, Tomato,Cucumber and Bell peppers) 5. A sandwich (including Cucumber, Onion, Tomato, Carrot and more veggies) 6. Vegetable Idli 7. Hello - have boild eggs/ roasted chana/ dry fuits  like black raisins, dates/ nuts almonds, walnut , peanuts. - rosted khakras / dry bhel( avoid save and papadi ) - flax seeds/ sunflower seeds/ sesame seeds etc. Small quantity
