What to eat in typhoid with cough?
My father had typhoid..now he has cough..we have done x-ray He has cough it is showing...Now he isn't eating anything because he had no taste with any food..but what to give him...can he drink milk...? Because he only eat milk with bread or roti...now a days...is drinking milk ok for him..? please suggest a diet for him?

1) Give him good amount of bland soups to relieve cough 2) Avoid milk which might increase mucus 3) Increase the intake of veg & fruits 4) Give more amount of protein 5) Stay hydrated & balance electrolyte content 6) Maintain good sleep quality 7) Roti with dal can be taken or any steamed food which is safe and easy to digest can be provided DM for customised diet plan

I won't suggest you to give Milk. Milk might increase cough as well as might cause lose motions , give some Porridge Rawa / Oats / Ragi or rice khichdi or upma without spice/ Soups  is welcome.
