99.4 temp in a 4 months old in summer could be due to dehydration. Increase frequency of breast feeding, check for 5to 6 times urination. Tepid sponging, removing excess clothes, fanning/ AC at 24 to 26 degree will help. Frequent checking of temp and plotting daily to know it’s progress or trend is useful . If temperature more than 100 degree f then Crocin drop as per dose and if child is not play full or active or fever rises then we have to consult the doctor for check up. Dose of Crocin drop is 15 Mg per kg per dose. 1 ml contains 100 mg ( 20 drops)

Tepid sponging and paracetamol drops should be sufficient if he is not having any other symptoms . Please increase the frequency of feeds . And also if he is exposed to any positive case or carrier please get him tested for COVID .
