When should we have fruit intakes?
I am quite a lean but for past 5 years I have been taking seasonal fruit platter on daily basis in the morning as my first meal before the breakfast. Now if I had to gain weight since I am lean then this morning intake of seasonal fruits would loose my weight or doesn't let me gain weight. Should I change the time to eat these fruits because i feel whether we are lean or fat we must have fruit intakes on daily basis. What's the best bet to have as first meal in the morning if we wish to gain. Pls note I am 42!! Your advise is highly appreciated.

Take fruits daily in the mid morning after breakfast  along with that include green veggies, whole grains  and more protein options.

Hi Sir Fruits is a very important component of food that’s a source of antioxidants and micro minerals . But fruits cannot replace major meals , we should always take fruits in midday or evening timings. We should always start our day with wholesome nutritious meal

Gud morning u can have fruits either in mid morning snacks time orelse one hr after lunch post lunch time 1-2servings of fruits u can have in a day.
Health Tips
eat a healthy balanced meal on atleast 3hrs gap small frequent meals 5 to 6small meals in a day.
