I am quite a lean but for past 5 years I have been taking seasonal fruit platter on daily basis in the morning as my first meal before the breakfast.
Now if I had to gain weight since I am lean then this morning intake of seasonal fruits would loose my weight or doesn't let me gain weight. Should I change the time to eat these fruits because i feel whether we are lean or fat we must have fruit intakes on daily basis.
What's the best bet to have as first meal in the morning if we wish to gain. Pls note I am 42!!
Your advise is highly appreciated.
