Oil should be changed every 3months. It should be in mix form like 1kg sunflower oil and 1kg corn oil..

Peanut,mustard,sesame and olive oils are good .Rotate oils and use cold pressed or filtered oils.Do not use refined oils as these are lacking in nutrients supplied by oils. Do not mix two types of oils.Restrict use of oil for heart health.

Rotate oils  rather than sticking to 1 particular oil in order to get good mufa and pufa ratio. Use minimal oil in cooking and avoid anything deep fried. Contact through practo chat for personalised nutrition tips and plans.

There is no one oil which is the best, keep using different oil each month or mix two oils and use. Why?
