White bumps back of throat

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hi I am having few white bumps on back of throat.. Attaching the picture, also feel like something is stuck in my throat for past 25 days, while having food feeling some inflammation on throat, Is this serious?? Kindly give suggestions Thanks
