I hav recently had a tonsil stone and dhen i found white spots on my tonsil

You seem to be looking at whitish debris over tonsils which is not really abnormal. If you don't have any symptoms such as throat pain and difficulty in swallowing then you need not worry about it. You can try doing salt water gargling
