I am 46 year old female. I am a housewife doing all the household work. I get tired easily now a days and have felt numbness in my hands as I wake up in the morning. I do not have any medical illness, no blood pressure nor BP problem. Why do I have this numbness in my hands especially in the morning? What treatment should I take.

There isn't sufficient information to suggest a specific diagnosis. It is possible that it could be due to compression over the hand, vitamin B deficiency, etc. I would advise you to meet a neurologist so that you can be examined and undergo the necessary investigations such as Vitamin B, Vitamin D, thyroid profile, etc to find the underlying cause of the problem and have it treated accordingly.
