HELLO, IT IS DONE UNDER LOCAL ANESTHESIA. BUT YOU CAN TALK TO HIM OR HER FOR YOUR CHOICE,  HOW MANY DAYS IT VARIES PERSON TO PERSON. EXACTLY I DON'T KNOW O.K BYE
