Yellow colour of ur teeth can be due to 3 reasons 1.external stains 2.intrinsic stains 3.dentinal colour due to thin enamel For extrinsic stains u can opt for scaling and polishing(cleaning) For intrinsic bleaching, laminates and veneers
Next Steps
Go for dental examination
Health Tips
In case of thin Enamel - use paste with less abrasive and extrasoft brush

If hard calculus is already deposited on your tooth surface first you should go for scaling done then maintain your oral hygiene by yourself. Hard calculus cannot be removed by your own.

routine scaling and polishing shall make your teeth appear much whiter. the problem is a deposition of calculus on your teeth. calculus is basically food debris that has hardened. it does not come out with normal brushing. consult your dentist every six months to be updated on your dental health. in case you feel that your teeth need to be a little whiter, you can alsp opt for bleaching of your teeth two weeks after getting the scaling and polishing done

Get scaling and polishing done. If you still feel the teeth are yellowish then opt for bleaching. You can opt for Home bleaching system ( where the dentist will give you custom made trays with bleaching material) or an in office bleaching procedure .
