I tweaked my back during one of the daily tasks and was in severe pain. I visited Ace Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Clinic which is close to place I live by. During consultation Dr. Shashi B. Joshi explained me the course of treatment and advised a few exercises that I could do on my own, after 3-4 days there was visible improvement and I was able to carry out my daily activities, I continued with the treatment and in 2 weeks the pain was totally gone. I was suffering from shoulder-pain for a long time, I tried some ointments and pain-killers but there was no relief. And, because of this my arm-movement was very limited and was having lots of trouble with my day-to-day tasks and office work. So, after over a month of having tried to self-medicate myself and regular massages I decided to see a physiotherapist and visited the Ace Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Clinic. I met the Dr. Shashi Bhushan Joshi and found the doctor to be very patient and attentive while listening to my problem. After a thorough check-up, the doctor explained me what exactly the problem is, possible causes for the problem and duration of treatment. So, after nearly a month’s treatment I am free from my shoulder pain.
