Doctor Lubhana has not only helped to work on the primary reason I was going to therapy for but has also helped me in personality development, timely management of stress, management of relationships and anxiety. I’ve been with different therapists, I think it’s the first time I can say that I’ve truly found a therapist who not only provides me with utmost comfort but is great with her work. I can see change in myself like never before. I would truly really recommend Dr. Lubhana for her outstanding work.

While Lubhana is extremely professional, it was her warmth that captured my heart. While undergoing marital counselling, she helped us understand each other a lot better and encouraged openness. While the initial sessions were fraught with tension, we could slowly move into a comfortable space to rebuild our relationship. When I also required some personal counselling due to a lack of self confidence amongst other issues, Lubhana guided me through the same and I’ll always be thankful for her trust and support.
