Dr. Anurag Puri is an exceptional urologist who recently operated on my mother at Fortis Shalimar Bagh. He performed a laser surgery to remove 25mm stones from both of her kidneys. Dr. Puri is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also incredibly humble and compassionate. He took the time to explain the procedure in detail and made sure we were comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Doctor advised few tests. I sent the reports on practo. Doctor did not respond at all. I had to consult another doctor. Will not recommend.

unfortunately my experience was not so good. it was really overwhelming to see how concerned he seemed for his patients when he asked to share reports on WhatsApp but it ended up being just a facade. even after receiving reports he didn't bother to reply even though I really needed to know what's wrong with my reports. Somehow I tried to contact him on practo and waited for ages and he remained quite indifferent. He might be an expert but eventually not reliable.

Was very helpful and explained the issue and treatment very well, gave full time to the patient, Doctor was as awesome as Recommended by Dr.Niti Singh, Medtech Diagnostics, Vaaant Kunj

I felt comfortable to share my problems and doctor has given me all answers and made me feel great

He wrote some tests ..after having done them I will visit with tests again
