It wasn’t good! On my first appointment I had to wait for 20-30 minutes. And after contacting Practo’s customer care, the doctor finally joined the call and told me she couldn’t really take a session at that cuz of some family situation.
more..The doctor was immensely busy in preparing someone else's confidential psychological report, typing and clicking various options income of the application on her PC. Further she was too focussed on instructing her junior on what to do and how to proceed with that report she wa preparing.
