Almost 2 weeks ago, I had been feeling painful and difficulty in swallowing along with blood saliva and enlarged neck area. I immediately guessed it to be tonsils since even my brother had them some time back. I surfed online to look for ENT specialist near me and found a specialist in Paschim Vihar near Dwarka to be nearest. Doctor shouted on me. Yes you you heard it right, he shouted on me. I asked the receptionist to honour the appointment time, he said that there are other patients and you are in queue. My appointment was scheduled at 10:15 a.m. after waiting for 25 minutes, I ask receptionist to make it fast as I am getting late for office and can not wait any longer. Finally Dr called me in and started shouting, that I have other appointments as well and your are not the only one. First and foremost thing is that you should confirm the appointments only when you know that you will be able to see all the patients in the time agreed. Secondly you do not have any right what so ever to shout on any of the patients. Such behaviour from a doctor should not be tolerated and must be dealt with utmost priority.

i visited dr. anshu fir my frequent nose bleeds. initially i thought it was haooening due to dehydration, but that was not the case. i had visited my uncke's olace then and could not find any ent specialist nearby. it was then i cake across pristyn care's ent clinic.

dr. andhu treated me for 3 weeks, after which i have had no nasal bleed moreover, the pristyn care team also called me twice to check if i was satisfied with the treatment or i needed any follow up. ********** **** *** **** ****** *** **** ********** * **** *** *****

I was facing extreme ear pain firbthe oastvfew weeks. I could also feel some discharge frok my ear. My local doctor advised for a surgery. However I wanted to take a second opinion and in the process came across Dr Anshu . He had advanced equipments and afted proper inspection he advised me to stic to antibiotics I had been on medication for 15 days. Now the problem is much better and hopefully I will nit be requiring any surgery as such. The Pristyn Care team were also regular in asking fir feedbacks and coordinating with the doctor.
