when I reached there at 9 Am. doctor coordinator said to me OPD starting time at 2pm. I said I booked through Practo . she said I don't know what is Practo ??
its really disappointed when she said to me . my appointment time at 9:10 am. I m with my small child . my consultation charges 1200/- Rupees. but I paid 1700/- Rupees . I never booked appointment through Practo .
infant I never refer to anyone to use Practo.

we made an appointment and then waited for more than 3 hrs . the hospital took 1400 rs from us and the doctor is still not available. why give appointment and people's time. specially when patients are sick and cannot sit for long durations .
