I had a very severe neck and backache due to work from home and my bad sitting posture.. when everything failed on me, I luckily found on youtube about Gem spine clinic.. saw their video of whole body alignment looked quite satisfying.. I went there he cracked my bones (painlessly) 😁... post body alignment his team spent about 45 minutes more to give me vaccum cup therepy and other kind of therepy which was really relaxing for me.. and post therepy i could feel 95% relief then and there.. and within 3 days my pain and stiffness got vanished.. I must say it was a magical experience with Gem Spine Clinic... Kudos to Dr. Piyush Jain and his Team... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

From past few months I had severe pain in my lower back which restricted my movement and household chorus. I was finding it difficult to even walk for more than 10 minutes and could barely be in one position for longer hours. Due to the pain, I wasn't able to sleep properly.

After hearing about, Gem Spine clinic, I consulted in Preet Vihar branch where Dr. Piyush diagnosed for the weakning of spine and advised further. Then my treatment started in Rishab vhr branch where Dr. Piyush treated me. After the first few sessions, the pain reduced and muscle started to strengthen slowly which helped me in coming back to my daily routine. At the end of my treatment, after 2 months, I'm able to do my household work, able to go for long walks without much pain. My fathers was diagnosed with slip disc and was in immense pain, he could not stand and was bedridden for about a month. We were directed towards these guys by another doctor. The exercise and the micro current treatment given to my father was very useful. It took about 2.5 months but he is ok right now and he is back to his work. The exercises they prescribe are according to the needs of the patients. They also have equipments which are used for various exercises. The doctors here are well informed. My name is Nidhi and am 40 years old.I had disc bulge in my lower spine and therefore radiating pain in my right leg..Earlier I had taken pain block but there was no relief therefore I went on Google and came across Gem spine Clinic.My whole experience has been amazing my pain is gone and am fully recovered.I had 3-4 months on physiotherapy sessions.The staff and Doctors here are really good.My case was assigned to Dr.Piyush who knew what was done and how will I recover.I just trusted her,followed all the guidelines and here I am fully recovered.As I started my treatment by reading reviews,I hope someone who is suffering from this can cure.

We consulted this clinic for my son, who was having lower back pain and pinching pain in his legs.

The overall experience of their clinic was excellent. The doctor who attended to my son Dr. Piyush was very clear in diagnosis of the problem and the treatment to be followed.

With six session of online excercises for correcting the spine my son had reflief from pain and he was also taught excercises to strengthen the back.

I recommend this clinic to anyone suffering from back pain, slipped disc and other problems s of the spine. Thiis is very good alternative therapy to the prevalent ones.

I had excruciating pain in both calfs ( cramps ) 24*7 since last 10 years . Got treated with many of the orthopaedic doctors and tried many of medicines and stereoids but all in vein. Finally I was advised endoscopic spine surgery .

So I thought to consult Gem spine once before opting for surgery .

Luckily it worked for me . Doctor Piyush jain who treated me is a through professional . He tried her level best to understand the problem , and explained all exercise to me in detail with lot of patience . Those exercise worked for me and I am relieved of 70 percent of calf pain till date .

Hope to be fully relieved in my remaining sessions.

was diagnosed with herinated disc problem due to which was was hVing severe lower back pain which gradually was becoming intense , for which I was on daily dose of pain killers and muscle relaxants. have been suffering back pain from last three years and it was bad experience for me.i was struggling everyday .Pain is always there on my upper back. from last month onward even it was difficult to sit and work for 10 minutes also.
