Hair extensions are prepared from real human hair. The real hair used to make the extension are donated by people. Some hair extensions are prepared using artificial or synthetic hair.

Permanent hair extensions are either bonded with small hair strands or are applied to the hair with glue. Therefore, there is some risk of hair damage with permanent extensions. Wth clip-on extensions, if the clip-ons are pulled or removed incorrectly, they might cause discomfort and damage.
3. Is it okay to wash hair extensions?
Both human hair and synthetic hair extensions can be washed using a gentle shampoo. In case of a synthetic hair extension, use shampoos that are specifically meant for synthetic hair and avoid applying conditioner. Do not wash the extensions for at least three days after they've been put in.
4. How long do hair extensions last for?
Generally, protein-bonded extensions last for four to eight weeks.The tape-in hair extensions last for up to six to eight weeks. Clip-on extensions last for up to a year, as they are not worn on a daily basis.
5. Can clip-on hair extensions cause hair loss?
No, clip-on hair extensions cannot cause hair loss or bald spots.
