I conceived after trying for 2 years, naturally I was anxious whether everything will go smoothly throughout the pregnancy. I consulted with 3-4 gynaecologists in the beginning and was skeptical about continuing with Dr. Neha Khandelwal as Kailash Colony is 30 kms from my residence. However, the calm and patience with which Dr. Neha handled my anxiety and her absolute confidence in her treatment and medical advice gave me a feeling of safety. Of all the doctors I have consulted in my lifetime, I have never come across someone who is available 24/7 over WhatsApp. It must be so stressful to be available for your patients and to answer their queries all the time on a daily basis but Dr. Neha does exactly that effortlessly. It shows how dedicated she is for her patients.For my delivery, I was anxious about having a normal delivery as there were two loops of cord around my baby's neck. I was inclining towards C-section but Dr. Neha assured me that she can get the baby delivered through NVD and I had a smooth and fast normal delivery!There were occasions when she went above and beyond to help me. A pediatric cardiologist near my home had diagnosed my baby with irregular heart beat during fetal echo. I was under a lot of stress and Dr. Neha referred me to one of the best pediatric cardiologist in Delhi and I was relieved beyond words when he gave an all clear report.Similarly, after delivery when I developed very high blood pressure, she referred me to a well known cardiologist and personally followed up for an early appointment. I am deeply obliged to her for her care and attention.No amount of thanks or words can express our gratitude for Dr. Neha for her steadfast guidance and continuous support. We owe a lifetime of happiness to her ❤️

We are blessed with a healthy baby boy on 11th March 2023, little munchkin named “Krishav Rastogi”.

Had read in many books that angels come from heavenly abode by tearing the clouds to deliver a kid - That splendid feeling.

We as couples felt special after making this leap jump from taking decision to move from pune in 2nd month to Delhi. Registered with premier chain of Cloud 9 - Being a parent today I am happy to say - Yes, they know moms.

This journey is an expedition and worth remembering for parenthood.

1. Neonatal Support : best part was neonatal support initiating a beautiful skin to skin contact touch and breastfeeding after a minute of birth.

2. Lactation support : Some over the top professionals to counsel you on lactation process.

3. Massage therapist looking after me since start of gynae appointments,Phenomenal environment that you would feel energised.

4. Prompt Nursing : TAT to nursing was great. ( A big nightmare) Thanks to her team at cloud nine hospital.

Dr Neha has been a true blessing for us and we are so glad we decided to undertake our pregnancy journey with Dr Neha and Cloudnine.

What I loved the most about Dr Neha is that she advised me correctly throughout the pregnancy with compliance on exercise which I can say now has greatly helped my body. She also laid to rest various myths, and helped me maintain a sense of calm throughout, which really helped me.

I also loved the fact that she tried for a normal delivery till the end and never once gave up on me and my concerns. Her calmness, professionalism and surety gave me a lot of confidence and reassurance.

The fact that I was able to walk on day 1 after the surgery speaks volumes of how brilliant she is and I can’t thank her enough for caring for my body as much as the newborn baby, who came out healthy and well. Thank you Dr Neha, you truly are a God sent angel for us.

I would also like to thank Dr. Ghazala for her professionalism and patience. The place we were going to before Cloudnine gave us some concerning results in the scan. We were so worried. But when we came to Cloudnine and Dr Ghazala did the scan, she thoroughly checked everything and finally we realised that everything was normal and the report from the previous hospital was erroneous. She was also so patient and friendly during the scans and made it fun and exciting for us. Her gentleness and compassion made the TVS also easier than in most places I have gone to.

I would also like to thank Ms. Akriti Rana for her proactive and prompt coordination and welcoming us with a smile always.

I would like to thank the entire team at Cloudnine for the wholesome care and personal attention I received post the delivery. My whole journey of pregnancy and delivery was absolutely beautiful, positive and cherishable due to all of you and coming to Cloudnine and choosing Dr Neha has undoubtedly been the best decision of my life.
