Visited Dr. Gagan N. Jain (Internal Medicine) For Typhoid Fever Treatment
I had typhoid a month ago and i booked an appointment and the doctor wrote tests and some medicines and asked me to call him after i get the reports i kept calling him for 2 days , the second day when he picked the phone he said you don’t have typhoid and didn’t bother to mention anything else and disconnected the same day at night i got a temperature of 103.7 and i tried calling the hospital then the on duty doctor told me that i have mild typhoid and my esr level is extremely high because of which my temperature is rising again and again then eventually my typhoid got better and my joints started paining a month after that and i thought maybe its some sort of post effect so i went to Doctor Gagan again and he wrote tests for Arthritis the reports came and i called the pathology and they told me there reports are negative and the doctor asked me to come with the reports next day while he wasn’t available for the next 4 days i tried calling him and again he didn’t answer today i went to the doctor and the receptionist charged me again even though it was not my fault that the doctor was unavailable right after i got my reports but anyways then he told me i have mild arthritis and it’s genetic i was confused because no one in my entire family ever had it so I consulted a family doctor who lives in my home town *** ** *** *** ******* *** **** ** ******* *** ******** *** *** ********** ********* *** *** **** ** **** *** ** * ***** **** ******** ******** ** * ******** *** * ** ******* ***** *** ** **** I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to anyone.

Hoped for better: Wait time
appoint time was 9.30. I was in clinic. At 9.45 receptionist told that doctor will come after 30-45 min atleast so left the place as I had some commitments. Doctors can also be busy or late sometimes but the reception people should inform the appointments earlier. That's my opinion. Can't comment on doctor
