Ms. Shrishti Dhupar

Shrishti is a brilliant therapist that acts more like a friend than just a listener and adviser. She acts as a great support system through your emotional turmoil while not being intrusive. She gives great insights on self improvement and development while respecting the emotions that I’ve felt. She creates a very comfortable space after only a session or two off that will make the conversational ground feel familiar. I really value her as my therapist and would genuinely recommend her as a great therapist to have!

She's extremely comforting and knows how to listen and talk. Also she's very adjusting to your needs and availability. I would highly recommend her if you're looking to fix your self esteem issues, negative thinking patterns and childhood traumas.

Also I want to mention that she's has been extremely compassionate with me.

It's been over five months since I first interacted with Ms. Shrishti Dhupar, and what an incredible journey it has been. I was not aware of how counseling works or how it truly helps an individual. I had been dealing with intense anxiety, stress and depressive episodes. I started therapy with a lot of resistance and hesitation as it was a completely different experience, but with the help of Shrishti, i could break out of the shackles of self-doubt and disappointment easily. She not only helped me learn a lot of new and different aspects but also helped me unlearn a lot of things. She always went out of her way to equip me with new tools and techniques, if some didn't work. I navigated most of my issues with ease and reassurance at every step. Shrishti was extremely kind warm and understanding at every step. She helped me with a lot of techniques which helped me in my day-to-day life. extremely grateful for her help and support. Being a college student meant a lot of uncertainty with the continuation of sessions both financially and emotionally, but she always made sure to adjust me in her busy schedule somehow anyhow and readily helped me on call when things got too overwhelming. Her calmness and belief in me, anchored me in the most chaotic times, times when i could barely trust myself, let alone expect anyone else to, it became my voice of reasoning. I am extremely grateful that my first experience of therapy was with Shrishti, i just love her so much.

I came to Shrishti when a great deal of turmoil was brewing in my life. This was the first time I was experiencing therapy and now that I look back, I am so glad I found her. It’s amazing to look at how someone can take out so much pain and confusion from you, in a way we don’t even realise.
