I consulted Dr. Gaur with a bit of apprehension because I have already tried various weight management programs available in the market and was certainly not satisfied with the results. After meeting with Dr Gaur I was taken by surprises that on contrary of diet control , she actually gave more option to eat !! She has given me a lot of great recipe ideas so,I won't feel bored with my meals , and has also given me some fantastic suggestions on how to overcome the problem related to overeating , from which I was suffering a lot since long time . Following her guidelines and very easy -to - stick to diet plan of about 3 months,which she specifically tailored to my metabolic rate and lifestyle , I have not only lost extra kilos , but am very happy to see the results of my lipid profile and uric acid tests . Now, I am more cautious about what I consume . Aside of her being very professional, she is a very nice person and I highly recommend her .
